TORA, a cloud-based order execution and management system (OEMS), has joined hands with Imagine Software, a risk & compliance platform provider, to build a multi-asset “front-to-back” trading solution.

Announced on Thursday, the platform will be targeted to hedge funds and asset managers.

Founded in 2004, TORA is a leading cloud-based OEMS provider. In its offering, the company includes portfolio rebalancing, pre-trade, and post-trade TCA to improve execution quality combined with strong post-trade allocations and commission management tools.

TORA’s software offerings are also connected to custodians, prime brokerage, and trade matching providers across the globe.

Imagine Software, on the other hand, offers a broad range of real-time risk, compliance, and portfolio management tools, enabling funds to view risk exposure with precision. With its real-time compliance checks, the company offers fair market pricing for all OTC instruments.

The two capital market service providers are now leveraging their technologies to bring an integrated trading solution.
